Personal Training Sessions
All my PT sessions are 1 hour and are flexible around you, you can decide on the location whether its your own home, garden or local park or you may want it in a gym.
I meet you at Chatsworth Health Club Gym for a 1 hour Personal Training session. Each hour is personalised for you, and planned to target your health and fitness goals. These sessions will utilise a full range of gym equipment to help you on the path to achieving your targets and fitness goals.
Is getting to a gym or class a challenge? Then why not book a PT session in the comfort of your own home. You will get a 1 hour session of your own customised fitness plan targeting your fitness goal and much more.
Book a 1 hour PT Session with a partner or a friend. You decide on the location and I will plan your own session targeting both individuals targets and goals. This is great as you can challenge one another or motivate each other through your session.

JH Fitness runs fitness classes accessible to all across the Peak District and beyond. Each week there’ll be ‘live’ classes at three local venues (7-8pm), two lunchtime and two evening online classes through Zoom, and an outdoor bootcamp on Saturday mornings. Classes are planned for all abilities and ages 12+, (except for specific family sessions 5+) so don’t be shy. There’s always someone new, and the members are a friendly bunch!

If you can’t make the ‘live’ classes due to work or family commitments, JH Fitness also runs daytime and evening classes twice a week online through Zoom. Just like a ‘live’ class I’ll guide you through each exercise demonstrating as we go, but all from the comfort of your own home. See the timetable page for more information.
